Welcome to the San Jose Seth Group. We are part of the Bay Area Seth Groups, a newly formed organization to get local Sethheads together on a regular basis for intensive study of the Seth material.
The San Jose Seth Group's focus is dream work. Here is what Seth has to say about the importance of dreams:
If you were as knowledgable and crafty when awake [as you are in your dreams], then you would put all religions and sciences out of business, for you would understand the greater reality of your psyche. You would know where the action is... The physicists have their hands on the doorknob. If they paid more attention to their dreams, they would know what questions to ask. (The Nature of the Psyche, session 758)
This dream group meets on the first and third Sundays of every month. Bring a dream, and you'll get a chance to work on it. We will use various techniques to derive greater meaning from our dreams, all the while leaving the interpretation to the dreamer.
Dream work is potent. When I've regularly worked with my dreams, I've found myself solving problems much faster than in my usual slowpokey way.
